Shipping and Delivery

Order processing

•  You can trust that we will ship out your products within 1-2 days after submission of the order
•  Once the package has been dispatched, you will receive a notification and tracking number within 24 hours so you can have peace of mind knowing the shipping progress
•  If you make your order on the weekend, you should wait until Monday for the product to be dispatched
• We will choose the ideal dispatching or carrier method for you once you complete and confirm your order
• We do not process or ship packages on weekends and holidays
•  If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, you can easily do it within 24 hours after order confirmation and making payments

Shipping

•  We ship products all over using international shipping couriers. You can trust that you will receive your product within 3-5 business days after shipment
•  You could be contacted by the international courier service providers for clearance issues. If this happens, contact our customer service team immediately and let us handle the issue
•  Note that you should not pay a duty fee for shipment to the courier service. You only need to offer your identification details before the release of your product, and you are good to go
•  If you fail to cooperate with the courier services and you fail to receive your products, you will not get a refund
•  Note that at times (which is rare) there could be shipping delays of 2-3 days, but if this happens, you will be contacted

Order delivery

•  The length of time taken before delivery differs and it is based on the destination and the shipment method used. If you feel that the delivery has taken longer than you anticipated, please contact us and let us advise you on the way forward
•  Based on the used carrier, your package may get to you without any contact made
•  If the selected courier cannot deliver your parcel probably because you are unreachable, the package will be taken back to the local depot. You will get an email on the same, and you have to contact your local courier service for delivery
•  If the local courier fails for the second time, the package will be returned to our dispatching centre and will be kept therefore for 3-5 days. You will be contacted, and once you confirm that you are ready for the delivery and after confirming your address, you may be requested to pick it from the dispatching centre
